Jason Kelly, Customer Service

I am part of a team that handles front line customer enquiries. My role is to assist customers in regard to orders placed or provide information for making orders. I interact with many people day to day and I can without a doubt say that no day is ever the same!

The best thing about my role is the flexibility to use my initiative to solve an issue that arises. There is a lot of trust given due to the high level of training and support given internally. I also am very happy that everyday I get to be helpful and be of assistance to our customers. Some of the positive feedback for my work really can be a just reward for the hard work and effort.
